Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate patient care and activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Document assessments, plans of care, interventions and evaluations in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families and support safe discharge planning.
• Maintain competencies and participate in ongoing education and facility requirements.
