Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a multi-disciplinary team in New Jersey. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, while coordinating with physicians, peers, and support staff.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or diploma in nursing, is pursuing a BSN, holds an active NJ RN license, and will maintain BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
Current and valid RN license to practice in NJ by date of hire; BLS/CPR required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collect pertinent health data.
Develop and coordinate a patient/family-centered plan of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; document care.
Support safe patient discharges and coordinate post-discharge care.
