Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to diverse patient populations.

You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and participate in care planning and documentation. Qualified candidates will hold a New Jersey nursing license, have or be pursuing a BSN, and possess BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• New Jersey nursing license is required.
• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency program.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and communicate patient status with family and team.
• Ensure safe medication administration with bar-code scanning.
