Qualifications

• BSN in progress or within three years of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs; strong teamwork and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Provide nursing care per established protocols and evidence-based standards.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education; ensure understanding.
