Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; BSN within five years if hired after 2010.

Aufgaben

• Assess physiologic health status across multiple systems and document findings.
• Assess psychosocial health status and identify coping mechanisms and cultural needs.
• Identify patient outcomes and develop measurable criteria with individualized goals.
• Formulate and coordinate the plan of care, prioritizing interventions and coordinating with physicians and team members.
• Administer prescribed treatments, monitor responses, and document care and progress.
• Collaborate with care team, provide direction to junior staff, and participate in discharge planning.
