Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional nursing experience in the related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient’s physiologic health status and documents plan of care.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team members in coordinating care.
• Assesses psychosocial health status and educates patient/family as needed.
• Administers medications correctly and monitors responses.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
