Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 66-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee resident care needs and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

The role offers part-time hours with competitive pay ($32–$35/hour) and shift differentials up to $5/hour, plus opportunities for growth within our network and supportive leadership.

Formación

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Commitment to continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely.

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.## Key Responsibilities* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately* Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition* Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed* Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments* Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life* Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements* Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed## ## Qualifications* Current, unrestricted **RN license in South Carolina*** Current CPR certification* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing* Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC)** preferred* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills## ## Apply TodayJoin **Fountain Inn Post Acute** and become part of a team that's embracing positive change while maintaining a commitment to exceptional resident care.
