Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment. This full-time role requires administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely care.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and orders.

• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs.
• Maintain accurate PCC documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
