Job summary
Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted SC RN license

- Commitment to ongoing continuing education
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
- Communicate status updates with physicians, families, and the team
- Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff as needed
- Participate in care planning meetings and assessments
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
