The role oversees a Palliative Care Coordinator team, promotes best practices, and drives performance improvements while collaborating with the Medical Director and hospital leadership. This full-time night shift emphasizes strong clinical and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing with RN license (state or compact).
• Minimum 3 years of Palliative Care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
