Mercy is hiring a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to lead the inpatient service and oversee the Palliative Care Coordinator team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient-centered care, ensuring safety and integrating best practices across Mercy’s care model.

You will manage clinical operations, collaborate with medical leadership, and drive performance metrics while supporting a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
• CHPN certification or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and oversee inpatient Palliative Care Program.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Establish program goals and outcome metrics aligned with Mercy’s strategy.
