Job summary

Mercy, a faith-based health system, seeks a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to provide direction, leadership and oversight for the inpatient service. You will work with the Medical Director to coordinate a multidisciplinary team and promote high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires RN licensure, CHPN, 3 years of palliative care and 2 years of leadership, with nights schedule. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition support and retirement

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• CHPN or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inpatient Palliative Care Program.

• Establish program goals and outcome metrics.
• Ensure quality patient-focused care and safety.
