Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee the inpatient service. This role partners with the Medical Director to promote a seamless care model that emphasizes quality, safety and financially sustainable care.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license (state or compact), have 3 years of palliative care experience and 2 years of leadership, and may pursue CHPN.

Competenze

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• 3 years of Palliative Care experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• CHPN certification or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification or course completed within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Direct and oversee inpatient Palliative Care Program with Medical Director.
• Establish program goals and outcome metrics aligned with Mercy’s strategy.
• Manage Palliative Care Coordinator team.
