ARMStaffing recrute pour ARMStaffing un(e) infirmier(ère) en soins intensifs pour assurer des soins complets et sécurisés dans des environnements critiques tels que PACU, ICU et ED.

Le poste exige une licence RN active, et des certifications BLS/ACLS/PALS, avec au moins 1 an d'expérience en soins intensifs et une capacité d'adaptation des ratios 1:2 à 1:1 selon les besoins des patients.

Formación

• Active RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS et PALS certifs requis.

Responsabilidades

• Fournir des soins directs en unités critiques (PACU, ICU, ED).

• Administer les médicaments et traitements tels que prescrits.
• Collaborer avec les équipes interdisciplinaires pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans de soins.

Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days - 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility required. Additional on-call shifts include one night a week from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM and one 24-hour call on a Saturday or Sunday per 6-week schedule period.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide total patient care in a critical care setting, ensuring that patient safety and comfort are prioritized while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care in critical care areas such as PACU, ICU, or ED.
• Monitoring patient conditions and assessing needs to provide optimal care.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner and Surginet.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN Licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.
• Ability to maintain patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:1 based on patient needs.
