Job summary

Rehabcentre in the United States seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities during each shift. The role requires an active RN license, rehabilitative nursing training, and preference for PCC experience.

You will lead nursing staff, participate in policy implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to maintain high-quality resident care. The RN will coordinate care with physicians, residents, and families, manage discharge planning

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies, procedures and discharge planning.
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance programs.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families to plan and deliver care.
