Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure quality care in a Florida facility. The role emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local standards and collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

The RN will support nursing services, participate in policy development, keep manuals current, and oversee safe care delivery. A nursing degree and CPR certification are required; PCC familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.
• Must maintain current CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Assist in directing daily nursing functions per rules and regulations.
• Develop, update policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Participate in quality assurance and care planning processes.
• Perform administrative duties including reports, charting, and evaluations.
