Job summary

Community in Florida seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, coordinate resident care, and ensure quality of care on all shifts. You will supervise LVN/LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, and liaise with physicians.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, 2+ years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and a current RN license with CPR certification. PCC EHR experience is preferred; this is an on-site role with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Current Registered Nursing License and CPR certification.
• Familiarity with PCC EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Coordinate resident care and respond to changes in condition.
• Oversee nursing staff and provide coaching and instruction as needed.
• Ensure documentation, medication administration and physician orders are accurate.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
