Job summary

HMR Veteran Services is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of daily nursing activities in a long-term care setting. The role requires an active RN license and a nursing degree.

Leadership skills and the ability to supervise other personnel are essential. Prior RN Supervisor experience in long-term care is preferred, with a focus on compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
