Shifts include 11am-7pm, 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining policies, coordinating with the DON/ADON, and contributing to the facility's quality assurance and resident care outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during shift.
• Assist DON/ADON and direct nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and current reference materials.
• Prepare and present reports to Director of Nursing Services as required.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident care planning.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Greet and monitor residents, coordinate with physicians, and document care.
