Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services. This role oversees staffing, patient flow, and bed management while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.

You will lead and mentor nursing teams, collaborate with physicians and administration, and uphold Mercy’s mission and service standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an RN license, and relevant certifications (AHA, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are staffed to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Lead, mentor, and support direct patient care staff.
• Uphold Mercy Mission, Values and Service Standards.
