Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services, nights and evenings. The role ensures safe, high‑quality care, optimal patient flow, and effective staffing in a busy hospital setting.

You will mentor staff, uphold Mercy standards, and collaborate with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management and throughput. A BSN is preferred and ACLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS are required or will be completed during probation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
