Capital Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to coordinate nursing staff, oversee shifts, and participate in emergency response within a comprehensive hospital setting. The role emphasizes leadership, patient care quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position requires a BSN (MSN preferred), five years of RN experience with two years in leadership, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. This on-site role offers robust benefits and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN required, Masters preferred
• TNCC required within six months of hire if working at RMC campus only
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification or must obtain by orientation end; 8 hours Stroke-related CNE annually
• Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal/written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills

Responsabilidades

• Assists staff in identifying clinical and administrative priorities
• Coordinates nursing staff with activities during their tour of duty and schedules next shift
• Responds to emergencies and codes and coordinates activities per policies
• Maintains patient rights to confidentiality and ensures compliance with Nurse Practice Act
• Identifies staff issues and counsels staff to address grievances per policy
