Job summary

Capital Health is a major regional health system offering care across two hospitals, with a 24-hour presence and a focus on high-quality patient care. This RN leadership role supports staffing, coordination, and clinical excellence on a 7:00pm–7:30am shift with rotating weekends and holidays.

Minimum requirements include a BSN, five years RN experience with two in leadership, and active certifications (ACLS-Adv, BLS-Healthcare Provider, PALS).

Qualifications

• Five years Registered Nurse experience including two years in a leadership role.
• BSN required; Masters preferred.
• ACLS-Adv Cardiac Life Support, BLS etc. within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists staff in identifying clinical and administrative priorities.
• Collaborates with nurse managers and directors on staffing and scheduling.
• Makes rounds to assess nursing care and patient needs.
• Responds to emergencies and codes according to policy.
