Job summary

Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the nursing unit in a long-term care facility. You will oversee resident care, staffing, and compliance with state and federal requirements to ensure high-quality, safe services.

Requirements include RN licensure, CPR certification, a nursing degree (preferred), and at least three years of nursing experience with one year in long-term care. Strong leadership and communication with physicians are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required or as state permits.
• Bachelors or higher degree preferred in nursing.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing unit operations to maintain high quality care.
• Plan and facilitate staff meetings and committees on resident care issues.
• Monitor staffing patterns and census to meet resident needs and budget.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely approvals.
• Oversee medication, supplies, and medical records for residents.
• Orient new personnel and mentor staff in procedures.
• Participate in the facility QA program.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
