Job summary

Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead a nursing unit in a long-term care setting. You will oversee staffing, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate with physicians for timely interventions.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification if applicable, and at least three years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state; CPR teaching certificate if applicable.

Responsibilities

Direct the operation of the nursing unit to ensure quality resident care.
Hire, discipline and evaluate nursing staff; oversee performance and development.
Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues on the unit.
Monitor staffing patterns, census and budget to meet resident needs and financial targets.
Coordinate with physicians for timely interventions and appropriate treatments.
Oversee medication administration, supplies, and records for safety and continuity.
