Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN) for its Delaware, OH facility. The role directs the nursing unit operations within a long-term care setting and oversees staffing, resident care, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the nursing unit.

• Plan and facilitate resident care meetings and committees.
• Ensure staffing meets resident needs within budget constraints.
• Monitor clinical operations and ensure quality care.
• Oversee medications, supplies, and medical records.
