Job summary

Arbors at Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the nursing unit in a long‑term care facility in Delaware, OH. You will direct staff, ensure quality resident care, and coordinate physician interventions, while managing budgets and staffing levels.

Ideal candidates hold an nursing degree with an RN license, have 3+ years of nursing experience including LTC, and excel in leadership, communication, and program development to support staff education and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in the applicable state.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Three years of nursing experience; one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, discipline, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Plan and facilitate resident care meetings and committees.
• Ensure highest possible quality of care on the unit.
• Develop and evaluate programs for staff recruitment, retention, and education.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely responses.
• Review staffing and census; reassign personnel to meet needs and budget.
• Monitor clinical operations and resident conditions to ensure safe care.
• Procure medications, supplies, and records for safe care.
• Assist orientation and mentor new personnel.
• Participate in QA program.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
