Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred with strong clinical leadership.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between nursing units, admissions, and the DON.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues.
• Monitor weekly and monthly weights of residents.
• Evaluate nursing staff and coordinate training with the DON.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, meals, and care standards.
