Job summary
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team for 12-hour night shifts, full-time or per diem. Colorado RN license and CPR are required; prior experience with seniors and EMR is preferred.

Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license is required.
- CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Seasoned RNs or new grads are welcome to apply.
- Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
- Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
- Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching families.
- Monitor clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care as needed.
- Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Respect resident preferences in the EMR and keep documentation current.
- Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
