Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. 12-hour night shifts, with full-time or per diem options, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Join a team focused on resident-centered care, collaboration across disciplines, and adherence to nursing standards. Colorado RN license and CPR certification are required; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurse-patient care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Follow state nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in status to ensure safety.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the care team in care planning.
• Participate in care conferences and family communications.
