Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-hour night shift, full-time or per diem. You will care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, building relationships with residents and families while following nursing standards.

The role requires an active Colorado RN license and CPR certification. The position offers benefits, a sign-on bonus for full-time nights, and opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting holistic needs.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences with Clinical Manager.
