Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Colorado. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, ongoing assessment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Colorado RN license.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Teach residents and families to understand conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Coordinate a holistic care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
