Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts on a full-time or per diem basis. Earn $41–$51/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night roles and a $47/hour rate for PRN.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in line with the state nurse practice act and standards.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications and self-care skills.
• Monitor residents' clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the team and residents.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.

Education

Colorado RN license
