Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time night shift to provide individualized nursing care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment, and education across the care team.

The role requires an active MN RN license, a prepared nursing education background, and ability to work 10:00pm–6:30am with rotating weekends/holidays. Sign-on bonus available and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teammates.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate, and ensure safe, high-quality nursing services.
