Job summary

Good Samaritan’s Brainerd Bethany facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift in Brainerd, MN. You will deliver individualized nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure standards of practice are met across all care phases.

We require a Minnesota RN license (or multistate), a nationally accredited nursing education background, and ongoing competency maintenance. A sign-on bonus is offered and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate professional nursing practice within state rules and ethics.
