Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to residents during night shifts. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team.

You will coordinate care, possibly serve as charge nurse, and ensure safety and compliance with state nursing practice acts. Minnesota RN license required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota (or multistate license).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current competencies and certifications per department.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise aides as needed.
