Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents on the night shift. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and may serve as charge nurse when needed.

The role requires an RN license in Minnesota, a graduate from an accredited nursing program, and a commitment to the full scope of nursing practice within a Christian care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within scope.
