Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care and collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team. The RN will support care plans across preventative, health maintenance, and treatment needs, ensuring quality outcomes.

The role requires MN RN licensure, a BSN is preferred, and it includes a night shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Minnesota (unencumbered).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
