Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota seeks a Licensed Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process, in a not-for-profit setting with a Christian environment.

The RN will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team, participate in care planning, and may serve as charge nurse with delegation duties. Night shifts and a part-time schedule are available with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and participate in ongoing education.
