Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking an RN for part-time night shift to provide individualized nursing care in a 79-bed skilled/long-term care facility. The role requires an active MN RN license and a BSN preferred.

You will work 24 hours weekly with rotating weekends/holidays and $5,000 sign-on bonus if eligible. Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment and education, and collaborating with the care team to maintain high-quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Coordinate resident care, education and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
