Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse for night shifts on a part-time basis. You will provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, care coordination, education, and the potential to serve as charge nurse. Minnesota RN license required; a sign-on bonus is offered and benefits accompany a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care, assessments, and education with the care team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
