Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Brainerd, Minnesota facility. Night shifts are 10:00pm to 6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus may be available.

The RN will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, coordinate care with residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Minnesota RN licensure is required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) with a Bachelor's preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care and service concerns.
