Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatments. You will collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role may involve acting as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in line with state

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate license (NLC).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
