Job summary

Good Samaritan’s Lakota, ND facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the nursing process. You will work with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The role supports coordination of care, resident assessment, education, and may include charge nurse duties with delegation to staff as needed. Requires a valid RN license and accredited program background.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, and provide education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
