Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. The role involves collaboration with residents, families, and a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of nursing.

RNs will ensure education and coordination of care, and may serve as charge nurse while delegating tasks to staff in accordance with licensure and practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while maintaining nursing practice standards.
