Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multi-state licensure if NLC).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred and required department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
