Job summary

1002 Adventist Midwest Management Services is seeking Registered Nurses for night shifts in Hinsdale, IL. Starting pay is 37.50/hr with a sign-on bonus up to 25,000 for 7p-7a shifts, plus potential salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and achievement.

Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS/NRP certifications. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; one year of acute nursing experience is favored.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Nursing is required.
RN license in good standing, BLS and NRP required.
Bachelor's degree preferred not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide newborn care during delivery and immediate postpartum period.
Perform neonatal resuscitation and respond to emergencies.
Document care activities in medical records accurately.
Support families and provide education on newborn care and post-discharge care.
Assist in obstetrical procedures and intraoperative/post-anesthesia care as needed.
