Job summary

Starting pay is posted as $33.94 - $57.08 per hour; eligible clinicians may access the Clinical Ladder for potential salary increases. A strong focus on safety, compassion, and teamwork drives our mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting.
• RN licensure required; CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor reactions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
