Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7 pm–7 am) with rotating weekends/holidays. You will provide professional nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate treatment plans in a Magnet-designated environment.

The role requires IL RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP within specified timelines; Labor & Delivery experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• If ADN is highest, must graduate with BSN within five years
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure
• Current BLS through American Heart Association
• ACLS within six months
• C-EFM within one year
• NRP within six months
• Labor and delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, and monitor progress.
• Delegate patient care tasks and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
