Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse – Night Shift to deliver safe, compassionate care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The RN will cover 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 and weekend rotation, contributing to care planning and patient outcomes.

The role includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Labor and Delivery experience, with hourly pay ranging from $37.25 to $57.74 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an IL RN.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required from American Heart Association.
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery or acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plan as needed.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessment and health data collection.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family.
• Documents health data and interventions for continuity of care.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
• Identifies community resources to support self-management.
• Supports staff with wound/ostomy/skin care as needed.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and nursing research.
• Keeps current with wound/ostomy/skin care practices.
